ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Reformation Productions is a full-service marketing agency located in Gwinnett County. We welcome and encourage the internship process as a way of determining career direction and fit. We offer participation in both college and high school credit programs as part of the internship program. However, not all interns are students. There are no age restrictions.

At our agency, all employees work across all lines of business whenever needed. In this culture, interns receive a wide array of experiences within the agency environment. While every intern’s path maybe custom, most receive an introduction to life within the marketing agency career path, brand development, consumer research, lead generation, creative production, and agency business communications within a professional work environment.

Interns are not authorized to work on paid client work. However, there are several agency projects and intern specific tasks that the individual can apply their talents to.

All interns will be asked to keep a weekly vlog of their time in the program to track their success and document their learning. Visit the Intern vlog page by clicking here.

Other projects will be designed specific for the intern according to the current needs of the agency but may include:

• Networking

• Lead Generation

• Agency Marketing

         o Social Media

         o Videography

         o Graphic Design

         o Consumer Research

         o Strategic Planning

         o Copywriting

         o Podcasting

• Event Participation

• Administrative and logistical tasks

Interns are required to sign confidentiality agreements and photo/video releases before beginning the program.

The goal of our internship program is to provide individuals with Agency experience, introduce them to a professional Agency environment, and provide them with a breadth of learn opportunities that will help them determine their chosen career path.
